As a coordinator, Champions Factory plays an active role in building the capacity of consortium member organisations by providing training to their staff, bringing them into contact with new hosting partners or demonstrating best practice.
1. Training course in Amsterdam, Netherlands
November 2021 – 5 participants
During this training our representatives were trained about Calisthenics for physically disabled people. The main objectives of the course were:
Acquiring innovative instruments in the field of sport for people with disabilities
Getting to know good practices from other countries, highlighting World eGames
Developing capacity to learn in an international environment.

2. Group Mobility in Italy
November 2021 – 20 participants
20 Adults Learners from Bulgaria, participated in the group mobility in Italy and increased their capacity to work with adults with disabilities. The main objectives of the group mobility were:

Acquiring innovative instruments in the field of sport for people with disabilities

Getting to know good practices from other countries, highlighting Wheelchair sports

Developing capacity to learn in an international environment

4. Job Shadowing and Exchange of Good Practices Mobility in Istanbul, Turkey
May 2022 – 6 participants
The participants in the Mobility increased their knowledge and skills in working with adult learners with disabilities. The main objectives of the mobility were:

To raise the knowledge, skills and competencies of the adult staff members on how to use formal and informal education for adult learners with disabilities

To learn innovative work methods for working with disabled adults, especially wheelchair adults

5. Job Shadowing and Exchange of Good Practices Mobility in Istanbul and Kocaeli, Turkey
August 2022 – 15 participants
The participants developed their knowledge and competencies by acquiring new methods for formal and informal education for adult learners with disabilities. The main objectives of the mobility were:

To observe the work methods, practices and policies of the host organisationTo raise the knowledge, skills and competencies of the adult staff members on how to use formal and informal education for adult learners with disabilities, highlighting sports activities for people with disabilities

To learn innovative work methods for working with disabled adults, especially blind adults

6. Adult Mobility in Thessaloniki, Greece
August 2022 – 9 participants
The participants obtained knowledge and skills in working with mentally disabled adults in the field of sport. The main objectives of the mobility were:

To raise the knowledge, skills and competencies on how to implement sport sessions for mentally disabled adults

To observe the work methods, practices and policies of the key sport associations that work with adults with intellectual disabilities

To learn on theory and practise the Boccia training sessions – keys and tips
