The main objective of the project is to equip youth workers with tools to contribute to enhancing the employability of young people.

Summary

Games for employability training course in Puck, Poland – 02.12 to 8/12/22The main objective of the project is to equip youth workers with the competences, methods and tools needed to strengthen their soft skills for teamwork, problem-solving and group communication, which will contribute to enhancing the employability of young people, including those with fewer opportunities.During the training the following topics were discussed: group work and skills, communication and cultural differences, problem solving, creation of games, which aim to strengthen young people soft skills. Furthermore, the participants visited Gdansk, where they did a Quest and conducted the Belbin test. On the last day they visited local high school in Puck, where they presented the projected and the games created.

Обучителен курс “Games for employability” в Пуцк, Полша – от 02-ри до 8-ми декември 2022г.

Основната цел на проекта е да предостави на младежките работници компетентности, методи и инструменти, необходими за укрепване на техните меки умения за работа в екип, решаване на проблеми и групова комуникация, което ще допринесе за повишаване на пригодността за заетост на младите хора, включително на тези с по-малко възможности.

По време на обучението бяха обсъдени следните теми: групова работа и умения, комуникация и културни различия, решаване на проблеми и създаване на игри, които имат за цел да укрепят меките умения на младите хора. Освен това участниците посетиха Гданск, където направиха Quest и направиха теста на Белбин за работа в екип впоследствие. В последния ден те посетиха местна гимназия в Пуцк, където представиха проекта и игрите съставени по време на обучението им.
